Partner Welfare Policy
-
MEGMO shall not design its metrics and regulations in a way that may negatively affect the Service Professionals.
-
MEGMO is dedicated to provide all active partners a safety net.
-
MEGMO is committed to transparent payment practices and principles of fair compensation. MEGMO keeps tariffs steady to guarantee that service providers are paid in accordance with industry norms. We make every effort to ensure that, after taking into account workers' job-related expenses and average earnings, active service providers' hourly earnings do not fall below the established local minimum wage. This aligns with MEGMO's initiatives to strengthen our service partners. All of the above are operationalized in our pricing scheme. Following the deduction of work-related expenses, the partners' hourly earnings are reviewed post-hoc, and any partners who earn less than the required minimum hourly pay are repaid.
-
MEGMO will make an effort to regularly interact with a variety of Service Professionals. MEGMO might occasionally take affirmative action to boost the Platform's representation of underrepresented or marginalized groups of service professionals.
-
MEGMO is committed to upholding its anti-discrimination policy, and on the company's platform, it will not stand for any sort of discrimination against its service professionals. MEGMO will routinely do a post facto mining of customer feedback to look for prejudice as a step in the same manner. Any customer discovered to have engaged in discrimination on the MEGMO Platform will be denied access.
-
MEGMO will always be accessible and willing to discuss any complaints that Service Professionals may have regarding the services they offer, client behavior, or other issues. If any concerns or issues need to be brought up with the appropriate team, Service Professionals may use the internal grievance redressal procedure.
When MEGMO policies or structures are changed that could have a significant negative impact on service professionals, MEGMO must actively involve service professionals and work to convene more FGDs to promote participation and facilitate positive planning.
